We deliver to UK MAINLAND only, out with the following post codes: TR, KW, IV, AB, PA, DD8, DD9, PH6 to PH9 & PH15 to PH50
Once you place the order you will then be contacted and informed of a specific delivery date(s). This fireplace will be delivered by a specialised fireplace courier who are trained on how to handle such a unique product. Delivery will be made to the room of choice, unpacked and subsequent waste material removed. By using a specialised fireplace courier we have managed to reduce our 'returns ratio' to just 3% which is well below the national average.
Returns
If you change your mind after delivery and no longer wish to keep the product then you can return the item to us. Please be aware that you would be responsible for all costs to return the item which can be expensive due to the size & weight of most fireplaces. We strongly recommend you read all the product information prior to making a purchase so you can be sure the fireplace is perfect for your needs. Remember and 'measure up' before making a purchase.
