Red glaze

~ Unsweetened ~

~ 2 x 3 sachets

instruction

step 1 :  mix 1 sachet with 3 tablespoon's of sugar into small saucepan

              slowly stir in 250 ml of cold water

step 2 : keep stirring until the glaze starts boiling , when the boiling point is reached

             let boil for a short moment however please keep stirring at all  time

             take of the heat and use straight over cakes or tarts

             for best results start from the middle of the cake

             please give the glaze time to set before serving the cake
