AR Supply offers a 14 day return policy after date of purchase subject to AR Supply rules. If an item is deemed defective or damaged upon receipt, AR Supply will replace the item or issue a refund upon return of the item. All returned merchandise (non defective) must be returned in original package, unused and in sellable condition. Items returned after 14 days cannot be honored for a refund. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges back to AR Supply. AR Supply will issue a refund for authorized returned merchandise only. To receive a RMA please contact us via eBay mail. Please include the original purchase date, shipping address, and e-mail.
