It has multiple layers of tulle coming out from the drop waist and has the choice of small shoulder sleeves or not.

The back is lace up and therefore will accommodate a variety of shapes and sizes. It has sequins on the bodice, there are a couple missing under the right arm but can easily be replaced. Has been cleaned
