Buying Guidelines

Our items are 100% genuine, we have legal documentations for all our stock, brought from renowned department stores in Australia. Not stolen and 100% authentic, not copies/fake.

We also sell in a retail outlet here on the Sunshine Coast.

Purchases need to be made thru ebay and then pick up is welcome from our shop(Warana).

Payments:                                                                                

We appreciate your prompt checkout when you buy the item. The quicker you pay, the quicker we can dispatch your item. Please don’t select buy it now, if you aren’t going to follow thru with the sale. It wastes my time and yours. I will need to open an unpaid dispute for non serious buyers and the case will be placed in ebays hands.

Return Policy:

Please be advised that item must be returned in original packaging, condition ie tags still attached and in resealable condition(unworn), 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund. 

If your reasons for return are change of mind, don’t like, doesn’t fit, as a buyer you will need to pay for it to be returned. If you’d like to exchange for an alternate product, please enclose a self addressed/pre-paid satchel for the return. We do not pay the postage.

If the parcel is returned due to incorrect name/ shipping address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the postage to resend parcel.

Combining Postage:

There’s two ways of doing it-

1) make your purchases, selecting buy it now on the items and then wait for me to send you a combined invoice 

2) if automatically set up to pay with PayPal. Make your purchases, pay the full postage and I will reverse they PayPal immediately from excess postage.

Just send me a courtesy email if your refund hasn’t gone thru and you’ve received your item, I might have forgotten.

Clause:  

As we are a retail outlet as well, occasionally styles sell out in store before we have a chance to edit the quantities on ebay, we try our best to keep up to date with our listings, sorry for inconvenience, its unintentional. We will always try and offer a replacement before a refund.

Occasionally tags fall off during stock processing, keep in mind if you are gift buying. Best to message us before we post if you specifically need the tags on. 

Also it maybe cheaper to post shoes without the box, we make this decision at our discretion. If you particularly need the box, please advise before we post.

Postage:

We work with different courier partners like Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier is depending on the size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

Occasionally if you are in a remote area, postage may cost you more, feel free to email me if you’d like a quote to double check.

If we are using a courier, they can not deliver to a Australia Post Po Box. 

Please be aware that some parcel lockers and/or Woolworths, Big W etc stores only hold the item for up tp 14 days and if it gets returned to us, because you haven’t collected, then its your responsibility to pay for it to be resent to you.

Our courier parcels will be left at the front door, if no one is home at the time of delivery unless you advise otherwise.
