Feedback Delivery Returns Payment

We value our customer's opinions and feedback. May we ask in the unlikely event there are any problems with delivery or any other issues at all, please allow us the opportunity to resolve matters before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We aim to send all items out either the same or very next day. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class service which usually takes 2-3 days. On some of the heavier items we use Hermes 3-5 days.

We accept returns no problem at all, we ask the buyer to contact us first to arrange the best method to return the item and the correct address. Thank You.
