All stock orders placed before 4.00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Orders placed after 4.00pm will be sent the following day, except Friday and weekends, which will be sent on the next working day.

For the majority of orders we use Royal Mail, with larger orders being sent out via DHL.

If you find that your item is unsuitable, we will be happy to offer a refund.  All goods must be returned in their original condition.
