Shipping Policies

• Larger items (servers, most monitors, computers) are usually sent via E-go couriers with tracking. Delivery times vary from 3 days - 7 working days to remote areas.

• We endeavour to send all items 1-2 days after payment has cleared.

• Pickup is available. No fee is charged for pickups. Contact us if you would like to inspect an item prior to purchase. (day/evening/weekday/weekend)

• We only provide prices for shipping to major metropolitan Australian addresses. Sometimes the postage cost might be a bit higher for  remote areas. THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY DIFFERENCE IN POSTAGE COSTS.

• Overseas customer are welcome to request a shipping price.

• We are happy to combine postage for multiple items where feasible. If you would like an upfront cost for combined shipping costs, please contact us.

Warranty / Payment Policies

• If there is any problem with your transaction, please contact us through "I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message" option on ebay. We will try our best to rectify any problem promptly and to your satisfaction.

• If you believe your item is defective, or was incorrectly described, we will provide an exchange or a refund. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

• We do not support software and/or driver issues. Any installed software/OS is provided "as is", though we will help where ever possible.

• We like to receive payment within 7 days. Otherwise contact us before end of auction or before purchase.
