Ford falcons from 1991-2000 used a 'Smartlock' anti-theft system (EBII, ED, EF, EL, XG, XH, AU1). This module will generate a signal for the Engine Computer (PCM) to run independently without the factory Smartlock / Body Electronic Module (BEM) or coded ignition keys.

For added security there is the option to interface this module with a kill switch or after-market immobiliser. 2 extra wires are included, and the module can be temporarily disabled when either power or ground is applied to them, stopping the engine from starting. If this feature isn't required, just don't connect the wires!
