All items sold from retail clothing store located in New York. ShopAA has been serving customers since 2006. We sell only name brand, brand new items, straight from the brand manufacturer. Items on eBay are the last chance offers from our store merchandise. Items that must be sold to make room for new merchandise. Current in-season items are sold at regular market value, as we are contractually obligated to honor the full market value that is set forth by the brand manufacturer - we cannot accept best offers or reduce pricing on current in-season items. All registered retailers that are authorized to sell directly from the manufacturer, agree to maintain their pricing for the length of time they outline before retailers are permitted to reduce costs and offer sale pricing and special offers. Once we are permitted to reduce costs, at the time in which the item is no longer considered to be in-season, we do. And lower pricing to match retail competitors accordingly. When new merchandise arrives from that brand, we need to clear out the prior season's stock to make room for the new, and at that point in time we offer clearance pricing on off-season items, which is the lowest possible price ever for that particular item. We sell these items at the clearance price through the eBay marketplace, bringing eBay customers the best deal possible.

If a competitor is selling the same exact** item in the same size*** for a lower price, we will match it!!! A competitor is defined as an established retailer selling authentic items and a listed retailer as per the brand manufacturer. Off-label and discount web stores are not included. China based companies, 2nd hand items, items without original tags & packaging are not considered to be a competitor for the purpose of the price-match guarantee, as they are not registered retailers and are not authorized to sell the brand, and therefore not contractually obligated to adhere to any policy or procedures. In most cases they are the companies selling inauthentic goods, or selling items second hand items, often pre-owned or purchased by an intermediary and not directly from the manufacturer themselves. Only established companies;  retails stores selling authentic new merchandise, purchased directly from the manufacturer can be considered towards the price match guarantee.
