PAYMENT POLICY

• Only PayPal is accepted.
• Immediate Payment preferred (required with buy-it-now) but customer has 2 days to pay according to eBay policy.
• If no payment is made after 2 days, buyer is reported to eBay via opening of an unpaid item case and the item is relisted. Unless payment is made to settle the eBay dispute, item will be relisted.

SHIPPING POLICY

• I ship domestically and internationally.
• I am now shipping internationally via eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) on qualifying items. If offered, it will appear in the listing. You can find information about this program here http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/shipping-globally.html. This program is a shipping cost savings for international buyers, especially on heavier items and also allows international buyers to track their purchase.
• Most items will ship via USPS on the same or next business day of receiving full payment. I may also ship via FedEx in some cases or provide that as an option for buyers.
• Rates are always based on buyer location and weight of package. I select the most economical option possible, excluding international shipping. Those interested in international shipping other than the GSP please see below.
• Tracking number will be uploaded to eBay as soon as item ships. Please allow 24 hours minimum for USPS or other carrier to update package location.
• Combine Shipping Rules: Rate will be based on the total weight of all items purchased packaged in one box. Please render payment for all items at the same time. If an item you are bidding on ends earlier than other item, wait to render payment for all items at the same time. I will not retroactively apply a combined shipping rate once payment is remitted so ask questions if need be.
• FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/BIDDERS ONLY: When the Global Shipping Program is not an option in a listing, or if you select an alternate shipping method other than the Global Shipping Program, please read the following information. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. I won't undervalue merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing so is against U.S. and international laws. I ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. If an item will fit in a flat rate box or envelope, I will use that option. While this shipping method is costlier than others, it provides proof I sent the item with a tracking number. Delivery times will vary based on the destination country's customs and mail procedures. I make no guarantee when an item will arrive and have no control over shipping delays.

RETURNS POLICY

• Unless otherwise noted, returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days the item was delivered to customer. Please be mindful of this timeframe and date of delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returning the item.
• Shipping and handling paid by the buyer at time of purchase is non-refundable.
• If I sell an item with free shipping and the item is returned, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. In other words, I only absorb the initial shipping cost if you keep the item.
• There will be absolutely no exceptions to my return policy time period or conditions.
• In addition to any original manufacturer or store sales tags that may be attached to an item, I may also attach my own sales tag to all items. If any tags are removed, the item is final sale and not returnable.
• Once feedback is left, item is final sale.
• For potential violators of return policy: If item is returned after the return period has lapsed, you will get an invoice for cost of shipping item back to you. If you don't remit payment, you won't get the item back nor will you get any refund.
• Item must be in the EXACT same condition it was shipped to you with all tags (original and/or my own tag) attached. Please take care in repackaging the item. If item arrives damaged, you will not receive a refund from me and will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier, provided you purchased shipping insurance.
• I ask all customers to notify me they plan on returning an item.
• I recommend return shipping with a carrier that provides tracking.

TERMS

• Please be realistic with best offers. Please send an offer for item only, as shipping will be extra, unless free shipping is offered.
• Please carefully consider your bid before bidding or buying. If you are the winning bidder/buyer, you are required to pay me as it is a contract. I report all non-paying customers and will not cancel transactions after a listing has ended. Therefore, please ask all questions prior to bidding/buying!
• All measurements included in listings are approximate. There may also be variations in item color due to my camera and your computer screen. I try to include pictures that represent the most accurate color of the item.
• I can only include 12 pictures in each listing. I do my best to capture all angles and/or defects. It is not my intention to misrepresent any items.
• I only leave feedback after a buyer does so. Please allow me a week to return feedback as I do not use an automated system. Typically, I will return feedback within a few days.
