We kindly request that you diligently monitor both your inbox and spam folder to ensure that our email is not missed. Moreover, it is essential to maintain an updated and active email address on your eBay account to facilitate effective communication.

Buyer is responsible to provide a graphic after payment is complete (please make sure that the file provided for the print is high resolution as a banner is a large format print. If a file is low resolution your print could become pixelated. We also recommend not to have any text around the edges of a banner due to the eyeleting the banner (recommended 3cm safe zone around the the edge)

Please be advised that our preferred approach is for customers to provide a print-ready file for their orders. However, we understand that some customers may not have access to such files. In such cases, we offer a basic, free simple designing service to assist them. It is important to note that our simple designing service is limited in scope.

When we refer to "very simple designing," we mean that we will solely copy and paste the text provided by the customer. The resulting banner will have a white background, and the text will be rendered exclusively in black Arial font. It is crucial to understand that we will not make any modifications to designs provided by buyers. It is the responsibility of buyers to ensure that their designs are satisfactory and meet their requirements.

To ensure the highest print quality for banners, we recommend that artwork files be submitted with a resolution of 72 dpi (dots per inch). This resolution is optimal for banners that will be viewed from a normal distance. However, it is worth noting that if the banner will be viewed from a greater distance, lower resolutions can still result in clear and legible output.

In general, for banners viewed from a distance, a resolution of 72 dpi is recommended. This resolution strikes a balance between visual clarity and file size, allowing for efficient printing and optimal viewing experience.      

If your order is approved before cut off time we will print your order within 24 working hours*

Most of our order where possible will be dispatched using Royal Mail or myHermes service and we dispatch between Monday - Friday.

We will use a box, tube or an envelope or bubble wrapped depending on what is available and better at the time of posting.   

*working hour counts as 8 hours a day.

If at any time before the order is printed you change your mind please contact us for a full refund, we will be here to help.

If you change your mind after your order is printed we will charge 50%  admin fee.
