Condition:

(USED)  Some pieces yellowed with age  Ill be giving pieces a wipe before shipping. This is not a complete set. This item is AS IS. It may not run.  It may need new battery from age. It may need new charger. It may need new remote. Light on charger and remote didnt come on but could need new battery to test. You can play with set without batteries. This is AS IS.

Little note on condition (Items come from Pet free office and smoke free office) Most of my things are like new, some used. Smoke free office. So if it comes stinky it might be your mail person (mine smokes in truck making boxes and such stink). I however, have no control over this and am extremely sorry for anyone it happens to because I hate that, too.I do not smoke nor allow anyone in my office to. It will NEVER be from me. I AM HIGHLY allergic to cigarette smoke and find it disgusting on items. I also sell children's items and that is very unsanitary.

Payment:  

Payment is due within two days of auction end. If 4 days pass by without payment, there will be an unpaid item case opened up automatically by Ebay.  

Unless you contact us, it will also automatically close 8 days later and you will receive an unpaid strike. We can turn it off once it opens so you have time to pay.

Shipping: 

Ship worldwide.  

Shipping is combined to lowest possible price. There is no profit made from shipping.  

Please remember that there is boxes, envelopes, tape (at 4 dollars a roll), ink, that has to be paid for but handling fee is a dollar or less or none at all. 

There is handling charge for box and delivery confirmation which costs 90 cents for United States customers. 

Returns: 

I do not accept returns. I apologize, but I do not want the items back. There is not enough space for that. Unless I represent the item wrong, please do not ask to return.
