The wiring harness allows you to hard wire a standard aftermarket car or truck radio to the connector in the cab of the tractor making it plug and play without the hassle of splicing and soldering wires directly to the cab of the tractor.

This is a Female wire harness having pins.
Please ensure the connector on your John Deere tractor has either 1 x 16 pin block connector or 2 x 8 pin male connectors. 
The 8 pin connectors will plug into this wire harness (+12v, Accessory, Ground on one connector and speaker wires on second connector). 

Connector Pin Output (Standard stereo colors - not all wires will be used):

Red: +12v ignition/Accessory
Yellow: 12v Battery/Radio memory
Black: Ground
Blue: Power antenna
Blue/White: Amp turn on (Not used in tractor)
Green: Left Rear +
Green/Black: Left Rear -
Purple: Right Rear +
Purple/Black: Right Rear -
White: Left Front +
White/Black: Left Front -
Gray: Right Front +
Gray/Black: Right Front -
