This Structure is in "Great Condition!"  -  We are the original owners and bought this structure many years ago   -  And this building has only been used a few times at our Christmas Open Houses we put on in December each year / and at a few Operational Sessions we also did!  -  But we are no longer doing these Christmas Open Houses anymore,  and so we no longer need this great looking structure  -  So we decided to put it up for sale on eBay  -  We have way too many G scale items right now,  so it's time to thin out the herd  -  We would love to have someone else be able to utilize this great Custom-Made Structure!

This Storage Building is great looking and can utilized in many different scenarios on your layout  -  It is weathered and has a nice sliding door that is very realistic

A great looking structure that will add a lot of  "PIZZAZZ"  to any layout!
