This Waterman's 52 fountain Pen was manufactured around the mid 1930's in the USA.
Mottled vulcanite (hard rubber)
Measures 5 3/8 inches.
Fully serviced / restored.
Nib. Nib marked - Watermans - Ideal - Reg Us Pat Off - Made in USA - 2, Writes a broad.
Barrel. Marked - Watermans - Fountain Pen - Reg Us Pat Off - "Ripple" and the Ideal log. Free of scratches, dents, dings or bite marks. Gold filled lever. Marker 52 at the base.
Cap. Manufactured without cap bands, Watermans ideal fixed ball end a clip (firm) again in top condition.
Comes in old box with instructions.
Restoration. The pen has been disassembled ultra sonically cleaned, all parts checked, reassembled and hand polished.
Overall. A Superb Watermans 52. Use or place in a collection.
Postage. This will be "signed for" this does give an element of insurance and control.
