In 2016 The Royal Mint released a new series of 50p coins to commemorate 150 years since the birth of Beatrix Potter. 

There are five coins in the complete 2016 set;

• Beatrix Potter

• Peter Rabbit

• Jemima Puddleduck

• Mrs Tiggy-Winkle

• Squirrel Nutkin

These are highly collectable and sought after coins being the first series of Beatrix Potter coins; and would make a lovely keepsake, baby gift or stocking filler 🎅
