Don't you just hate when your opponent has creatures out? Wouldn't you prefer they just kept those tiresome creatures in their hand instead? Well then boy do I have a deck for you!
This deck is built around the unique card Mana Breach. Whenever a player casts ANYTHING, that player must return a land to their hand. You might be thinking, but how can our deck function like that? Well, if you look carefully, nothing in our deck is above 3 mana. Thus, you'll at least be able to cast one spell per turn after casting your first Mana Breach, and the kicker is nearly EVERY spell in your deck will be able to return at least one card to your opponent's hand, giving you board parity.
Don't be afraid to just bounce your opponent's land turn 2 with a Boomerang or an Eye of Nowhere, most of the time it's the best play, even if your opponent has a creature out!
