Vintage rare 1940's to 50's Mid Century Modern Industrial galvanized steel huge rural dome mailbox in old olive green paint. Very cool find. 

It is in very good overall condition...weathered paint, and a bit of surface rust, a tiny dent here and there, a few scuffs, and wear to the old flag. The flag which is faded watermelon neon pink-red, has trouble staying up -- I may not have had the knack to it, and also, the door / lid shuts tight, but needs a good shove. Plastic lettering is peeling. 

Not perfect new but beautifully old ~!

Great modern industrial age look in a terrific faded olive green color~! The best part about it is that it came off an old boat dock, with its old plastic lettering for Boat Town Kawasaki 4490

These huge old rural mailboxes make great trash cans when you stand them upright on end ~!
