This is a ladies walking umbrella made by
"BETAILLE PARRIS"
Whom is now-
"BRIGG & Sons London"
The Handle Is Floral Spiral 9 ct Gold .
Makers marks 375 and punch marks.

Metal inner fittings
The whole canopy needs replacing but the silk on the spokes are sound.
