Dear friends this is Sterling Silver Pendant Parrots on the Branch. This cute animal pendant is handmade, hand carved and finished by me and my wonderful team. All my jewelry is made in a wonderful country called Armenia, which is well-known for its jewelers. As you can notice I oxidize the ring to give more expression in lines and character. 

 You will receive one ring identical to those in the photo. 

 I will send a rubber chain with the pendant.

 All my jewelry are shipped in gift packaging and I add a little brochure about my country for you to get acquainted with it. Gift messages can be inserted in the package.

 Please always stay one step ahead of tarnish and take care of your silver jewelry on time. Often wash your jewelry in hot soapy water and rinse with hot water. Dry it thoroughly with a soft flannel or cotton cloth. Or you may want to dry it with a silver Butler cloth which has a special cleaning agent built in.

 Shipping

 I ship all my items from Armenia and items usually ship within 3-5 weeks. Sometimes the delivery process prolongs because of various type of holidays in my country or in the destination place. So please be a little patient. It may take longer to arrive (up to 2 months) during October - December. You can choose express shipping (12-15 days) during checkout. You will get a tracking number after shipping.

 If you have chosen several items from my store and want me to combine them into one package please, before paying the order send me a request for combined shipment.

 Returns and  Exchanges

 You can return your order if somehow feel unhappy with it. I will refund you as soon as I receive it back. Sometimes happens that you choose the wrong size or wrong model. Please feel free contact me in that case and we will find an acceptable solution for every case.
