The most modern one-needle lockstitch, high speed sewing, direct drive (servo motor built into the head of the machine) and automatic thread trimmer. The device has been fully digitized to allow easy adjustment of settings such as: transport mechanism, thread tension (in Full Digital version) and a mechanism to change the transport movement from elliptical to rectangular (controlled by modern stepper motors - an innovative system of programming the teeth).
The machine has a gauge of the thickness of the stitched material which allows automatic change of parameters on the beads and transverse seams. All these settings can be quickly changed using the control panel. Excellent parameters necessary to achieve a high quality seam, are set digitally without the need for mechanical manual adjustment.
Thanks to the digitization, the optimal adjustment values necessary to obtain high quality seams can be stored in the internal memory of the machine, which remembers the type of material and parameters, thanks to which they can be reproduced easily and transferred to other machines. In addition, the machine is equipped with NFC technology, which allows you to copy and transfer saved settings, using a smartphone.
