Code dated August 1996.....Mostly unused......Tight and Sturdy......... Only issue I see is that the small flathead screwdriver is slightly bent... I think these are usually like this, but I should mention that it is not especially tight when fully closed. So that if its closed and you lifted it by one of the handles, the other handle would hang slightly with about an inch gap...Some actually like it this way because you can open it with one hand like a butterfly knife....You can tighten the screws if you have the right tool. I dont have that particular tool....Overall its in great condition.
