A lovely instrument with a tightly grained spruce top with some repairs cracks that are holding. A gorgeous two piece maple back of high figure with matching sides neck and delicately carved scroll masterfully outlined in black. Back purffling has been worked. Ebony fingerboard and fittings; pegs with a German tailpiece and fine tuner, Flesch chin rest. Spruce bridge. Some repairs overall which are stable.
Varnish is a golden Amber with some use of ware. Comes without case or bow.
Tone is on the deeper side with new strings that souls be played in.
