This wonderful silk satin which has been taken from a deconstructed Japanese Kimono has been  beautifully printed or painted with flowers in shades of pink, white and grey on a rich purple background.
The pattern runs in both directions down the length of the fabric. .There is a selvedge edge on each side of the fabric which is in good condition although there are some tiny snips on the selvedges and there may be some tiny stitch holes.

This piece of fabric is 170cm long and is 37cm wide.

This would make a wonderful cushion cover, a lampshade or it could be used in many craft projects.
