Vintage Pair of Gilt Framed Hand Painted Fish & Duck Plates Wall Plaques.

 Extremely fine pair of decorated hand painted fish and duck porcelain cabinet plates with raised gold gilt framed in gilt frames.

Painted by Roger Shufflebotham around 1970.

Both are signed "R A Shufflebotham".

The plates are in excellent condition..though been sealed at the back i cannot determine the maker...But he did paint for Minton.

The frames have some usage wear and tear etc with odd fleck,loss of gilt as shown in pictures.Nothing major,but noted and display very,very well.

They some very minor wear and tear commensurate with age and use.

Each frame measures a diameter of just over 17".

The pair weigh 4.385 kilos unwrapped.
