The seller (B-S Company, Inc.) hereby expressly disclaims any warranty expressed or implied: including any implied warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the Seller, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the merchandise.  The seller specifically denies the adoption of any manufacturers express warranty.  Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use merchandise.  buyer shall determine the suitability of the merchandise for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with this determination.  Buyer acknowledges that no warranty, representation, promises, or statements whatsoever with respect to the merchandise.
