This sale is a City Plan of Guinobatan in the Albay Province of the Philippines.  This is a first edition, developed by the US Army Map Service in 1944 as part of the war effort as part of AMS S901.  The map was printed in May 1944.  Also included is the catalog card for the map, which gives detail on the map. 

The map is a 16" x 20"  and the scale is not noted. It shows detail including street names and a some buildings are identified.  This is based on a Manila Fire Insurance Association map from 1938.
