Returns:  All returns must be in original packaging and/or box to receive full return. Items must be received in original state that they were shipped in.  

Payment:  Payment is due within 7 days of the end of auction listings and immediately after ?Buy It Now? listings.  If you are bidding on other items and you are waiting to take advantage of the multiple item shipping discount, please send me a message so I am aware of this! Payments can only be made using PayPal

NON-Payment: I allow 7 days to pay. Any payments not made within the required time will automatically generate an Ebay Unpaid Item claim. Please contact me if you need longer to pay. I understand there are exceptions; family emergency, weather etc.

Packages: I take pride in the way I ship your item. All hats will be shipped in boxes with special care. Packing paper, tissue paper, peanuts are all used to ensure hats do not get crushed in the mail. If you have an issue with the way an item was handled during delivery please contact the USPS.

Shipping: Items will be shipped within 1-2 business day after receiving clear payments.

Shipping Discounts: I do offer combined shipping when you purchase multiple items at the same time. Pay full price shipping on first hat or item. Each hat or item after is an additional $1.00 added to final shipping. Please wait to pay until final invoice is sent.
