We will always combine shipping and get as close to actual shipping cost as possible for you to save money on shipping. Add items to your cart and use the request a total from seller button on the top right of the shopping cart page prior to payment to get a combined rate.  If you are using eBay mobile you will need to enter the classic site or use web browser to get this option, you currently can not ask for a combined rate through the ebay mobile app.
