This is an Incredible Hulk promotional poster dated 2003 that was apparently a joint promotion between Marvel and Walmart. It actually measures 13 1/4" x 20 1/2". I got a few of these in a box of comics, they were folded and in comic book bags with backing boards. Other than the folds they appear to be in an unused condition with essentially no wear. There are pictures on the back also, I have taken pictures. Shipping is 4.25 via USPS first class including delivery confirmation.
