My products are all genuine DMC branded products. All items are brand new and are not stored on a shop floor so no chance of any fading or sun or dust damage. I carry large quantities of all colours to meet my customers needs.
I have tried to photograph every colour for your reference.
I also sell a large range of Zweigart Aida and linen as well as needles, scissors and other embroidery supplies.

A NOTE ABOUT POSTAGE FEES
I now offer 2 different postage rates for my cottons.
1. I prefer to send all items by tracked postage for $2.95 You can add from any of my other DMC cotton listings and the capped postage for up to 40 cottons will be $2.95. If your order is for more that 40, it will still go through but there will be 2 postage charges.
2. I understand that some people do not want to pay for tracked postage when they only purchase 1 or 2 cottons, so I am also now offering standard untracked letters. It will be $1.20 for the first item then $1.00 for any additional ones. You can select this option at the checkout, you will need to select all items for this option. However if you are buying 3 or more it is cheaper to used the tracked option as it Caps the postage at the $2.95 for up to 40 cottons.
POSTAGE TIMES
All items are shipped either the same business day of your order or the next day depending on the time of the order. I go to the post office each day Monday to Friday and all letters are lodged with the staff with proof of tracking kept by me (except the standard letter postage items)
Postage can take anywhere from 2 days to 10 days or sometimes longer depending on local events such as weather. I am finding that the majority of my items arrive within 7 days though.
CUSTOMER SATISFACION
If by any chance you change your mind on the colours that you have selected , please let me know. I am happy to exchange upon the items being returned to me in the original condition that it was sent to you,(at your expense).
If I have sent the incorrect item please let me know and I will fix this for you.
