SOME ARE STANDARD ISSUE AND SOME ARE PRIVATE PURCHASE, SOME HAVE BUTTON BELT LOOPS SOME HAVE STITCHED

I am not an expert on Marine uniforms but some or all of these are officers, I don't know if there is even a difference between both, please advise if there is!
