The cushion upon receipt via the post may seem flat this is due to the fact that they have been through the postal system. In order to make your cushion pads plump you would need to air them.

There are no marks and no smell i.e. perfume /cent /damp

The goods/ product is unused, unworn, unwashed etc and must be in the condition of resale as new.

The goods/product is posted in original condition with original packaging.

You are not happy with the goods/product.

Original invoice must be produced /attached.

You pay the return postage on the item.
