The brands walimex pro, walimex and mantona are known for high quality workmanship, best functionality and customer-oriented service.
In order to give additional expression to our exceptional level of service, we give a 24-month guarantee for all of our products. In addition, we grant a 6 year guarantee for all walimex and walimex pro lenses with a purchase date from 01.06.2015. This guarantee cannot be applied retrospectively for lenses purchased before June 1st, 2015.
Items that are expressly sold as B-goods are excluded from the guarantee.
We grant you a 30-year guarantee for all milled products in the Aptaris series made from aluminum. Wear parts, moving parts or products that are not made of aluminum are not covered by the guarantee. Often a problem has been permanently solved with a tip or a hint and you don't have to send it in. Only a few are available for submission Return information must be taken into account, but they ensure fast and safe unwinding.

This guarantee does not limit the end consumer's claims against his supplier (specialist dealer). As a private end user, you are entitled to the statutory warranty claim directly against your specialist dealer / supplier.
The start of the extended warranty is determined by the date of sale to the end user, the duration is limited to 24 months from this date. If the guarantee is claimed, this must be proven with the original receipt (invoice or packing slip) upon submission.
The guarantee promise from WALSER can only be claimed if your device and all documents necessary for proof are made available to us. The documents are the invoice from WALSER. the reference invoice from the supplying dealer and a description of the error The documents must already be enclosed with the submission. The transmission must be free of charge for us (carriage paid).
WALSER's guarantee promise is valid in Europe, in the areas of the European Union, the European Economic Area, Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and the like. Herzegovina, as well as Switzerland. If the country of use is different from the country of purchase, the service will be provided in accordance with the rules and conditions in the country of use, unless the warranty period in the country of purchase is longer than in the country of use. In the case of billing with foreign currencies, the current rate applies. No warranty claims can be made in the event of improper use, parts subject to wear and tear, for consumables, batteries, rechargeable batteries, light sources, flash tubes, paper backgrounds, transport damage, in the event of outside intervention, products that have changed compared to the delivery condition, improper operation (failure to observe the operating instructions), impact, Shock, drop, inadequate care and / or cleaning, excessive wear and tear and contamination, use of the wrong material, lightning strike, overvoltage and for liquid and acid damage of all kinds. Devices for which the serial number has been removed are also excluded from the guarantee.
Services performed on devices under the guarantee or warranty do not extend the guarantee period as a whole.
Goodwill of any kind remains the sole decision of the WALSER service manager.
In principle, however, you should contact us during the guarantee and warranty period or after the guarantee period in the event of damage. We are sure to work with you to find a solution quickly and unbureaucratically.
