With this dress I lightened some of the pictures so you could see detail, this is a deep black dress in color. The shell is made of 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. The dress is 15" from underarm to underarm, 16" across the waist, 21" across the hemline, 38" from the top of the halter to the hem. The dress has an empire waist with trim around the neckline and waist. There is a hidden zipper on the side. This is a very thick material with tailored darts in the back.
