Antique Chester Sterling Silver Double Handle Vessel / Sugar Bowl 

This elegant simple dish is about 7" from handle to handle

inside the bowl is gold brushed

at the highest point it is about 4" tall

it has hallmark on the body of the bowl

makers mark is no so clear

it has some minor dings on the body of the bowl and one of the foot is dented

wight is about 195 grams
