A good example of this sort after pre war Dinky Taxi. Original maroon paintwork with black roof/baseplate, some chips/loss, please study the photos for exact condition. Good tyres (some hardening) on black smooth hubs, tiny amount of fatigue to n/s/f mudguard, one rear axle support broken underneath (see Photo) , driver present, open rear window, underside fine.
