Part of a Vanity Set
Really not sure of the age.....1940's / 50's
Would have been part of a larger set I guess
& Used to store Clips or Pins??
It's not really long enough to store Hat Pins
The tube part appears to be some sort of plastic
The two small caps at either end could be bone as they
appear to have a grain running through......please see picture 4
