PayPal is the quickest as your order is processed as soon as payment is received.

Payment and contact for all successful auction bids must be made within 3 days of the auction finishing.

Please provide a confirmed postal address when making your payment.

(Any non paying bidders will be reported to ebay and we will start the 'unpaid item process' this could also result in your account being blocked from bidding on our future auctions)

We always pursue non paying bidders in order to recover our costs and fees.

Fees

No additional fees will be added to you item(s). The price you bid is the price you pay. All postage costs include postage and packaging and all other handling fees.

Shipping

We only ship to the United Kingdom, which includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.

(Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands may well incur extra postage costs) Please ask us before placing your bid.

We can offer a variety of delivery services including Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class,

Recorded and Special Delivery for additional fees if not quoted in the auction.

Larger items may be sent out the next working day using DHL / Yodel Couriers (2 - 3 working days Monday - Friday). And will need to be signed for on delivery. In most circumstances the items purchased will be sent as quoted on the listing page, for alternative arrangements or upgrading the delivery as listed please contact us. We are flexible to offer what you request.

If paying by PAYPAL then please note that we can only ship your item to your confirmed paypal address. By doing this both Buyer and Seller are protected under Paypal's Protection Scheme.

Please make sure that you have a confirmed and up to date delivery address. As if your item is returned to us as undelivered then it will have to incur another postage payment charge before it can be re-sent.

If for any reason you require your item to be shipped to a different address, then it will need to be paid for by an alternative method.

Please allow extra time to receive your item over Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period.

Collections are only permitted when mentioned in the listing. If you require anything different to what we are offering please email us and we will get back to you with an alternative price.

Delivery

Most items are shipped the same day or following day after purchase, depending on the time of purchase. We only ship items on Monday to Friday.

We cannot be held responsible for items whilst in the hands of The Royal Mail. We always obtain a 'Proof of Posting' and can email you this should a problem arise. Since recieving a few bogus claims. We now insist a claim against the Royal Mail would now need to be made by yourself since Royal Mail are now insisting on seeing a proof of purchase that shows the items value. A copy of your Paypal receipt should be sufficent.

Larger items are sent out via courier the next working day following payment and will have a tracking number which is available to you upon request.

Please supply us with a daytime contact telephone number for the courier.

Any item(s) that arrive with damage caused by the courier whilst in transit will need to be notified to us within 7 days of delivery and need to include photographic evidence of the item and all packaging for a claim to be made against the courier.

Refunds & Returns

Returns are accepted under the 'Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000' within seven days. Return items are to be in their original packaging and with all tags attached as supplied to you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We will not issue refunds for any goods that arrive back to us damaged through misuse or that have suffered damage in transit on their way back to us . Buyers are responsible at all times for the safe return and all postage and packing costs of items.

Return postage charges are non refundable.

Most NEW items may well be covered under the manufactures warranty (If in doubt please ask).
