Black bodies are hard to come by, especially in as nice a condition as this one is.
Manufactured between April 1961 and June 1969, based on this example's serial number, it was probably produced sometime in late 1964.
There are some cosmetic blemishes and signs of wear, primarily on top of the view finder prism housing and the bottom plate. There is some minor pitting on the upper right rear below the winding crank. If displayed properly, none of this will be viewable. The front face is in great shape.
My intent in selling this item is not for its use, but to be a visual display piece in a collection. I have not used it, nor is my intent for you to do so, though everything appears to work as designed.
Comes with an f/1.8 55mm Auto-Takumar lens and black Honeywell Pentax hard case.
