DELIVERY INFORMATION
We currently are only shipping to Mainland UK addresses. These rates exclude Scottish Highlands.
Small orders will be sent via 24hr signed for courier - a larger order will be sent via 48hr palletised kerbside delivery to ensure safe transit. This service also includes a booked delivery day.
Consignments are normally despatched on the same day if paid by 12pm; for 48hr services the haulier will contact you by telephone to confirm a suitable delivery day at your convenience. Please ensure a valid daytime contact number is given when ordering.

Our Terms:
Items are normally despatched next working day, Monday to Friday.
Messages are responded to between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt as per eBay guidelines and UK legislation.
Deliveries of tiles over 50kg are normally delivered to the kerbside. Kerbside delivery means that the delivery will be placed as close to your property as deemed safe by the driver. If there is any possible issue with gaining access to a suitable kerbside location for delivery in your location, or an surfaces unsuitable for a heavy goods vehicle, such as shingle drive or steep hill, please be sure to advise us prior to despatch.
Returned items must be unused/unopened (unless damaged or faulty).
Buyer shall be liable for cost of returning unwanted goods.
We take great care in packing items appropriately for shipping. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please contact seller by ebay message within 3 days of receipt, so that we can resolve any problems for you quickly. We usually require photographs of damage or faults.
