Hurco BMC4020 Way Cover Chip Guard X Axis. This cover looks like it has been rebuilt at some point because it has the newer style wipers as well as aftermarket bronze guides. Approximately 22-1/4" wide with 5 hole mounting on one end and 2 hole on the other.

I believe this will work on either side of the X axis.

Please see photos. This unit has some denting however it is my experience that was a little bit of effort you can straighten out with a rubber hammer.
