The set offered here is of the four First Class Letter Rate Flag
Coil PAIRS issued from 1975 to 1988. These coils represent the rate
increases that took place in the first class one-ounce letter rates from 1975
to 1988 where rates increased from 13 cents to 18 cents to 20 cents and finally
to 22 cents. All 4 coils are water-activated gum and are perf. 10 vert.
