Condition: This Waters Investigator SFC Autosampler is in good working and cosmetic order.

Testing we performed: The Waters Investigator SFC Autosampler passed all tests and was found to be fully functional: Tested connection to software through a pump: PASSED Tested valves in different positions and correct flow path: PASSED Tested needle wash and exchange positions: PASSED Tested syringe to limits and re-homed without issue: PASSED Tray homed and exchanged.
Due to our testing of this Waters Investigator SFC Autosampler we know it to be in good working condition.

Video Description: We zoom out so the whole Waters Investigator SFC Autosampler can be seen. From here we pan around so all sides of the unit can be seen, including any informational tags and connections of the rear of the system. From here we open the front door to detail any relevant internal components, before hopping over to the laptop so that all our movement options can be seen. All visible movement is documented (tray, needle, syringe) once complete. We take a final look at the instrument before returning to the item tag, after which, the video ends.

Shipments (under 100LB)
Most items ship via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail
All smaller items generally ship out within 1 to 2 business days. Our daily shipping cut-off is 3:00PM Eastern Time.
If you need expedited or Next Day shipping please ask us for the shipping quote.
Freight Shipments (over 100LB)
When requesting freight quote please provide us your zipcode and let us know if this is acommercial facility and if you have loading dock or forklift onsite to unload. If no loading dock/forklift available we can request a truck with liftgate upon delivery.
Some of the freight carriers we use: YRC, Road Runner, New Penn, Roadway, ABF, Prime and others.
We work with multiple freight brokers and try to obtain you the best rate.
On freight items that comfortably fit on a 48"x40" skids we do not charge anything extra for skidding and packaging. In cases where item being shipped is large or irregularly shaped, we charge actual cost of materials and labor.
For high value and fragile items we highly recommend getting them crated. If you would like to have your item crated we will forward you an actual quote from a local crate manufacturer. All crates confirm to ISPM-15 and will comply with import guidelines in most countries. All crates made with 1/2" plywood and have foam runners as well as very strong.
International Shipping
International shipping available only on shipments over $250. Please contact us to request shipping quote prior to purchase.
We use USPS, UPS and DHL Express for small packages.
Large items can ship via Air or Ocean freight carriers such us DHL Freight Forwarding or Dachser Transport of America. Please request freight quote.
Please check with us prior to purchase if you would like to use your own international freight forwarder.
We will provide the commercial pro-forma invoice and help you classify items for export.
All International customers are responsible for their country's duties (VAT) and taxes.
We will NOT reduce items value on commercial invoices for Export.
