Up for sale is this fine old antique Chinese kesi silk embroidery textile purse. Perhaps the 19th C fabric was used in a purse made in Europe and used in the early 20th C.
Some splitting but mostly in great condition. Floral button clasp still works well. Rim is decorated with a raised unique design.
Measures 8" inches wide and 5.75" inches tall (20.3 cm, 14.6 cm). The chain strap measures 7.5" inches tall and has one old repaired loop ring:
