If you change your mind and no longer want the product you can cancel the transaction within seven working days after the date of receipt. The item must be returned to us in the same condition and packaging you received it and we will process your refund less any courier costs (this includes the original delivery and the uplift costs). Your refund will also be minus a 30% (off the total cost of the product) relisting and administration charge.

Natural materials by their nature can vary in colour because of natural shading and grains etc. We try our hardest to photograph our product images as close to the actual colour as possible, but please be aware that your item might vary slightly from the colour in our image(s).
Many of our products are made to order by skilled craftsmen and not mass produced by machines, this ensures you receive a top quality/bespoke item you can be proud of. Please be aware that due to the aforementioned manufacturing process product dimensions might occasionally vary (only slightly). If you require absolute exact dimensions then please contact us with the details.
Once you order this prouduct you be advised of a delivery date, it is very important that someone is home to quality check your item on the given date. If nobody is home to take delivery then you will incur a further delivery charge. On the day of delivery your driver will help to unpack the item and allow you the opportunity to inspect the product for any damage or problesm. Please take your time when checking the item so you can report anything to the driver at this time. This allows our driver the option to return the item to his van if required. Our courier service might only visit your area every 2-4 weeks, so please take this opportunity to inspect the item thoroughly.

Returns
