I am NOT normally a postal history and FDC dealer.  So I am describing the item and condition the best I can in my typical postcard-oriented methods.  Keep this in mind and carefully view images and read description.  Ask questions if needed!

NEW ECONOMY SHIPPING OPTION FOR LOW COST ITEMS: FREE SHIPPING (when offered in my listing, and to U.S. destinations only), which will be in a 2 mil plastic sleeve, with index card or manila folder stock protection only, in a regular legal size envelope.   May also be shipped in a greeting card envelope with the greeting card as protection. This ECONOMY SHIPPING option is available to International customers for $1.15 shipping charge.  Please realize this casual and lighter protection shipping method applies for the free U.S. shipping or ECONOMY international shipping options.

For my standard higher protection shipping, buyer pays 90 cents shipping to U.S. destinations, $1.25 to Canada or $2.15 to overseas destinations. For this standard shipping method I will ship carefully by U.S. Postal Service first class mail, with a 2 mil sleeve, and paperboard stiffeners in a 6"x 9" envelope.   I combine shipping to US destinations for just this one charge when multiple cards or covers from any of my listings are purchased from me at one time.

The cover: A 1964 United Nations cover / envelope with topical cachet, a First Day of Issue cancellation, a 25 cents United Nations stamp (Air Mail), and a May 1 1964 United Nations New York postmark.  Name and address were written in ink and applied on a sticker / label.  Guaranteed old and original, from a very old and extensive collection.

Cover condition, style, design, etc. is as shown.  Please ask any questions you wish; earlier in the listing period is better for correspondence.  Now that I am providing detailed, high resolution scanning, I will spend less time describing, more time listing.  Please view posted images carefully, and use this general note as well:

Condition: Average to Good, with wear and aging as shown.  Envelope glue brown marks on back. Flap is tucked in but not stuck.

Many great vintage cover and postcards to post over the coming months.   Please follow my ebay store.  I am a member of the IFPD (International Federation of Postcard Dealers) and I have my customers' interests and satisfaction in mind.   Please check my other listings of vintage postcards, various FDCs, and WW II era covers.

Maryland customers only will have to pay a 6% Sales Tax, as required by law; sorry, I cannot avoid that.
