Delivery & Returns Info (the boring bits!)
Standard delivery is FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class, or choose 1st Class
for only £1.00. Please get in touch for a quote for any other
service/speed. Postage will always be combined for multiple items to keep your
costs as low as possible.
Our aim is to dispatch within 1 working day following payment and
same-day where possible (subject to Scottish/UK public holidays and extreme
weather disruption).
Orders placed after 10am on a Saturday will be dispatched on
Monday morning, as dictated by our available local postal services.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons, but we will always
refund and replace any items which don’t reach you in tip-top condition.
Disclaimer
Colours of gemstones and other components may appear differently
on different monitors/display settings, so please ask if you're not sure about
any of the colours or details of our items. Although all items are handmade, we
don't make the rhinestones we use and purchase them from various suppliers, so
from time to time there may be slight variations in rhinestone colour tone
which is outwith our control. If there is a big difference between colours
pictured and colours available, we will let you know and amend or refund your
order as required, with no quibbles!
Unless stated otherwise, all items are made from hypoallergenic
silver-plated alloy, guaranteed free from nickel, cadmium or lead, but beyond
this we cannot predict individual sensitivity (hair grips are not included in
this - they are standard sized, high quality comfort-coated metal kirby grips).
If you have any concerns at all, please get in touch via “Contact seller” and
we’ll do our best to advise. Our products are not suitable
for new piercings still undergoing the healing process unless otherwise stated.
We do not recommend our products for
children under 36 months due to potential choking hazards from small parts.
Gemfoolery products are delicate, so we recommend removing them
prior to bedtime and swimming, showering or bathing. For hair accessories, to
prolong the life of your hairgrips, avoid contact with large amounts of
hairspray/styling products, as this may weaken the bond of the gems.
