Limited Warranty

We provide a 1 year PARTS and LABOR Limited Warranty unless other wise stated in the listing from the date of purchase. The buyer shall be responsible for the return shipment of the faulty product or part(s) to us for repair and/or replacement.  Upon receipt of the product or part(s) we will, free of cost to purchaser, repair or replace the faulty product or part. We do not reimburse buyer for shipping faulty products or parts to us for replacement or repair, but we will however return the repaired or replaced items or parts to the buyer at our expense within the warranty period. We shall NOT, under any circumstance, be responsible for any damage resulting from faulty installation or operation of the product and as such we recommend installation and assembly, where applicable, only by certified and qualified professionals. 

         Payment             

I accept PayPal thru eBay for credit card processing (American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa) which ever you prefer. All payments processed before 5pm eastern standard time will be shipped the same day. I WILL NOTIFY YOU BY E-MAIL WHEN I SHIP YOUR ITEM(S). This email will include your tracking number and information. Please remember to include your email address when you make your payment! Shipping

Unless otherwise clearly stated, this item is BRAND NEW and IN STOCK and ships within 1 business day of receipt of payment. All payments must be received within 7 calendar days of close of listing. Flat rate or free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous States.  FREE SHIPPING does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.  Please contact us for rates to those locations. Shipping method shall be ground shipping by UPS or US Postal Service.  

Returns  

Returns will not be accepted if: (1) Item is damaged by buyer. (2) Item is returned incomplete. (3) Item is used, or not in resalable condition.

Returns are subject to a minimum 30% stocking fee. The shipping charges are always non-refundable.

Factory Defective Items: We accept returns for factory defects. Items must be defective at the time of the first attempt to use. However, we must be contacted about the situation beforehand in order to find the best possible solution. A replacement will be sent (at no cost to the buyer). Returns must be made within 7 days of having received the item. Anytime an item is returned you must send us your information with the item. (Date of purchase, Name, phone number, and the buyers address). We must be contacted about your intent to return the item before you do so.
